OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated April 29, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to re-appoint Patrick L. Casey, Q.C. of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth), Michael O'Hara of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth), Stephen Johnston of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), and David Parker of Truro, Colchester County as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court each for a term of three years effective on and after May 20, 2014.
