Designation of SOA

1 The departments, divisions, branches and programs of the government set out in Column 2 of the

Schedule are designated as special operating agencies for the purposes of The Special Operating Agencies Act , operating under the names set out opposite them in Column 1 of the Schedule.

2 The Special Operating Agencies Designation Regulation , Manitoba Regulation 163/92, is repealed.

Coming into force

3 This regulation comes into force on April 1, 2006.
