OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated August 17, 2023, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2012, the Community Easements Act , is pleased, effective on and after November 28, 2023, to amend the Community Easements Regulations , N.S. Reg. 248/2013, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2013-233 dated July 9, 2013, to designate the Nova Scotia Working Woodlands Trust as an eligible body, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
