Statute: Crane Operators and Power Engineers Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated April 13, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 23 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Crane Operators and Power Engineers Act, and subsections 4(1) to (5) of the Crane Operators Regulations made under

Section 19 of the Crane Operators and Power Engineers Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Malcolm MacLeod of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a crane operator member of the Crane Operators Examination Committee for a term of three years commencing June 2, 2005; and (

b) appoint Roderick L. Kerr of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a crane owner member of the Crane Operators Examination Committee for a term of three years commencing June 2, 2005.
