MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2), 2002 [section 73 (1)]. Order in Council 459/2002, approved and ordered June 5, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 65 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 2), 2002, S.B.C. 2002, c. 48, is brought into force by this regulation. — G. COLLINS, Minister of Finance ; C. CLARK, Presiding Member of the Executive Council .
