OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, dated December 16, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve, effective December 17, 2020, the addition of $1,000,000,000 to the borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2020-2021, for a revised borrowing plan comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,750,000,000.
