OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 15, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada to allow the Department of Health and Wellness to receive data from the 2013-2014 cycle of the Health Behaviour in School-Aged Children Study, in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 14, 2017.
