OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated October 3, 2006, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 493.4 square feet, more or less, situate at or near St. Croix, in the County of Hants and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to William Dale Barkhouse, Emma Mildred Barkhouse and Stephen Wilfred Barkhouse, of St. Croix, County of Hants, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines
