Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated November 22, 2002, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of a mini home at or near Weymouth North, Digby County; (

b) convey the mini home to Paul Gaudet of Saulnierville, Digby County, for the price of $19,000.00 and the decommissioning of a well and septic system; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Bill of Sale in such form as the Minister determines.
