Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Sandy Cove Pond Water Supply Area for the Community of Tilting as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21, 710000 metres east, 5505000 metres north, 41 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 282 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 258 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,525 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 291 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 347 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 20 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 97 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 975 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 14 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,625 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 82 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 175 metres;
