On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6 (3) of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act, 1997 ,

Mohammad Faisal Siddiqi of Toronto, Ontario

be re-appointed as a member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a term of two years commencing on the date of this Order in Council.
