OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 26, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 17 of the Acts of 2006, the Licensed Practical Nurses Act , and

Section 5 of the Licensed Practical Nurses Regulations , N.S. Reg. 197/2009, made by the Board of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Nova Scotia and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2009-193 dated April 14, 2009, is pleased to appoint Aaron Windsor of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax); Betty P. Thomas of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth); Greg Fevens of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County; and Susan Nasser of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as members of the Board of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Nova Scotia for a term of three (3) years commencing July 4, 2016.
