OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Sydney Tar Ponds Agency (NS) dated February 6, 2007, pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased to revoke the appointment of Frank Potter as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Sydney Tar Ponds Agency (NS), made by Order in Council 2005-565, dated December 15, 2005, effective on and after February 26, 2007.
