OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister assigned responsibility for the Insurance Act and the Minister assigned responsibility for the Utility and Review Board Act dated July 31, 2008, and pursuant to subsection 4(2) of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act, is pleased, effective on and after October 1, 2008, to assign to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board the powers, functions and duties of the Nova Scotia Insurance Review Board.
