OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated January 31, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 112 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased to repeal the Air Quality Regulations, N.S. Reg. 55/95, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-294 dated April 11, 1995, and to make new regulations respecting air quality in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 1, 2005.
