OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 31, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Hospitals Act, is pleased to approve the facility located at 18 Acadia Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and operated by Scotia Surgery Inc. as a hospital pursuant to the Hospitals Act only under the circumstances when it is providing surgical services pursuant to an agreement between the Capital District Health Authority and Scotia Surgery Inc. and for such purposes all legislation applicable to the operation of a hospital shall apply including but not necessarily limited to the Hospitals Act and the Health Authorities Act, effective on and after April 1, 2008.
