Order in Council 1482/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsection 162(1)(

c) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

RAYMOND HESSION of Ottawa

be appointed a part-time member of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the date this Order in Council is made.
