OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and the Minister of Health and Wellness dated July 10, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed one hundred fifty one million and four hundred thousand dollars ($151,400,000.00) to the Nova Scotia Health Authority to begin the design-build-finance-maintain delivery model for the new construction components of the QEII Redevelopment Project, effective on and after October 3, 2018.
