OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated October 29, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 12.7 acres, more or less, situate at or near Cape Auguet, County of Richmond and more particularly shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A", which

Schedule is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) transfer Administration and Control of the land to the Department of Natural Resources.
