Order in Council 1327/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Linda Lamoureux was appointed full-time Executive Chair of Tribunals Ontario by Order in Council O.C. 1326/2018 dated December 12, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 16(1) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 ,

Linda Lamoureux be paid an annual remuneration of $224,349 during the term of her appointment.

Further, Linda Lamoureux shall be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group.

Further, Linda Lamoureux may elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.

And further, Linda Lamoureux shall be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of Executive Chair of Tribunals Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
