OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 7, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(
b) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement to accommodate a storm water drainage ditch with respect to Crown land at Hammonds Plains, Halifax County, at the location shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Halifax Regional Municipality, a body corporate, with its head office in Halifax, Halifax County, for the consideration of $500.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
