OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated October 7, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2023, the Regulated Health Professions Act, and pursuant to
Section 3 of the Physiotherapy Regulations , N.S. Reg. 150/2025 made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2025-227 dated July 29, 2025, is pleased to appoint Catherine Young of Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a public representative of the Board of the Nova Scotia Regulator of Physiotherapy for a term of three years commencing November 5, 2025.
