Order in Council 1221/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of Ontario Regulation 618/98 made under the Development Corporations Act ,

Todd Halpern of Toronto

be reappointed as a member and redesignated as chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of October 1, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made.
