OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 5, 2005, and pursuant to subsection 80(1) of

Chapter 36 of the Acts of 2001, the Pharmacy Act, is pleased to approve of amendments made by the Council of the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists to the Qualification and Professional Accountability Regulations, N.S. Reg 144/2003, made by the Council of the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2003-348 dated August 1, 2003, to allow pharmacists to carry out medical activities, services and functions under a conditional authority agreed to by the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists and the Nova Scotia College of Physicians and Surgeons, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after December 15, 2005.
