OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 6, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into a service agreement with the Governing Council of the Salvation Army of Canada on behalf of the Cape Breton Youth Resource Centre to provide programs and supervision services to youth offenders in Cape Breton, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, for a term of three years commencing April 1, 2005.
