OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 18, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint David Parker of Truro, Colchester County, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court, for a further term of office commencing September 12, 2003, and ending December 11, 2003; and (
b) determine the remuneration to be paid to David Parker as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court to be at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per hour for each sitting of the court, One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for a stated case and authorize payment of travel and accommodation expenses at the rates payable to public servants.
