An Act to amend The Secondary Education Act [Assented to April 5, 1956] Rev. Stat. c.168,

section amended

Section of The Secondary Education Act is amended by inserting after paragraph the following paragraph: “1a To every district not included in a school unit, at the end of each academic year, an additional sum calculated by multiplying $3.50 by the average daily attendance of pupils at the school or schools in the district as reported to the department in the annual returns of the district submitted by the board”. 1956, c.30, s.1.
