OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated June 4, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Lois Ann Dort of Guysborough County as a member of the Eastern Counties Regional Library Board, made by Order in Council 2024-240, dated June 6, 2024, effective June 17, 2025.
