OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Public Works dated July 6, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Nova Scotia Health Authority to enter into a net debt obligation in order to enable design work, feasibility studies and site preparation requirements for new Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) dialysis centres.
