Order in Council 585/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council passed Order-in-Council 1546/91.

And

whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council passed Order-in-Council 2568/94, which amended Order-in-Council 1546/91.

And

whereas sections 49 and 54 of the Legislation Act, 2006 provides the Lieutenant Governor in Council with the power to amend, revoke or replace from time to time an Order-in-Council;

Now therefore , and pursuant to my authority under sections 49 and 54 of the Legislation Act, 2006 , I hereby order that Order-in-Council 1546/91 and Order-in-Council 2568/94 be revoked as of May 31, 2021.
