Section 6 of the English version of the Financial and Consumer Services Commission Act,

chapter 30 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2013, is amended 1 L’article 6 de la version anglaise de la

chapitre 30 des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de 2013, est modifié (

a) in subsection (3) by striking out “he or she” and “his or her” and substituting “the person” and “their”, respectively;

a) au paragraphe (3), par la suppression de « he or she » et de « his or her » et leur remplacement par « the person » et « their », respectivement; (

b) in subsection (4) by striking out “his or her” and “he or she” and substituting “their” and “the member”, respectively;
