Powers and duties of natural resource officers

For the purposes of

section 3 (1) (

a) of the Natural Resource Compliance Act , a natural resource officer may exercise the powers and perform the duties of the official listed in Column 1 of the Table under the enactment set out opposite in Column 2.

References to Act include regulations

In the Table, a reference to

an Act includes regulations made under the Act and a reference to a portion of

an Act includes regulations that apply in relation to that portion of the Act.
