Ministry Responsible: TOURISM, ARTS, CULTURE AND SPORT Statutory Authority: Arts Council, ss. 4 and Effective December 31, 2021, (

a) the following appointments to the British Columbia Arts Council are made as described: (

i) Jules Martin André-Brown, Ida Maria Judith Darcy and Miranda Lee Catherine Huron are appointed as members for terms ending December 31, 2022; (ii) Ian Roger Case and Dean Jason Patrick Heron are reappointed as members for terms ending December 31, 2023, (

b) the appointment of Phillip John Djwa, made by OIC 390/2021, is rescinded and instead that person is appointed as Jai Kung Sun Djwa as a member of the British Columbia Arts Council for a term ending July 31, 2024 as described.
