OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 3, 2002, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 1.76 acres, more or less, situate at or near East Chester, Lunenburg County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said land to Brian Allan Jamal Campbell and Lynnell Doreen Campbell of East Chester, Lunenburg County, for the price of $1,080.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
