OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated December 20, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 15 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to approve of amendments made by the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation Regulations , N.S. Reg. 22/1991, made by the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 91-214 dated February 12, 1991, to clarify the retail sales markup allocation on beverage alcohol products produced in Nova Scotia and sold directly by manufacturers in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 3, 2017.
