OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated April 3, 2008, and pursuant to subsections 53(2) and 113(1) of

Chapter 504 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Wildlife Act, is pleased to amend the Fishing Regulations, N.S. Reg. 29/88, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 88-131 dated February 9, 1988, as amended by N.S. Reg. 15/95, Order in Council 95-92, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 24, 2008.
