OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 9, 1998, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, and

Section 13 of

Chapter 504 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Wildlife Act, and pursuant to the terms of an Implementation Agreement signed the 16th day of June, 1994, between Ducks Unlimited Canada and Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to acquire, at no cost, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, two marsh lots containing approximately 12.25 +acres, subject to survey, situated in Cole Harbour, Halifax County, from Ducks Unlimited Canada, such lots shown labelled "Lot A" and "Lot B" and outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject to the condition that Ducks Unlimited Canada be able to certify title to this land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
