OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 15, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement for the installation, maintenance and use of a sewer forcemain line with respect to Crown lands between Arcadia and Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $3250 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
