OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister charged with administering the Heritage Property Act dated June 26, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , hereby grants the application dated May 13, 2025, to substantially alter Turner House, a registered provincial heritage property located at 8876 Commercial Street, New Minas, Kings County, as recommended by the Advisory Council on Heritage Property.
