Order in Council 845/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 17(3) of the Police Services Act , as amended,

Fernand Labelle

be appointed as a Deputy Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period commencing June 1, 2019 and not extending beyond September 2, 2019.
