OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated April 16, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 2(d), 5, 6(1)(c), 18 and 19(1) of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Innovation Corporation Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize an additional advance of up to Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000.00) to the Nova Scotia First Fund; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
