On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
pursuant to subsections&sbnp; 11(2) and&sbnp; 12(1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 ,
cameron montgomery of Orleans
be appointed as a director and designated as the full-time chair of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
