OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 29, 2000, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Michelle Lee Postlewaite, of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999-319 dated June 9, 1999; and (

b) appoint Michelle Lee Campbell of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
