Order in Council 1500/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1192/2015, dated the 8th day of September 2015, Donald F. MacVicar was appointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from September 8, 2015;

and

whereas Donald F. MacVicar has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Donald F. MacVicar is hereby reappointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective September 8, 2017.
