Order in Council 710/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Harriet Lewis was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 706/2017 dated April 5, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , Harriet Lewis of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
