Order in Council 272/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5 (2) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993,

Yim Chan , of Richmond Hill, Ontario

is reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is approved.
