OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated February 5, 1998, pursuant to clause 7(1)(

d) of

Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, and Sections 2 and 3 of the Arbitration Proceedings Regulations made by Order in Council 97-371, dated June 10, 1997, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Crop and Livestock Insurance Arbitration Board for a term of office commencing March 1, 1998 and ending February 28, 2001: Lambert Vissers of R.R.#2 Stewiacke, Colchester County; and Joseph MacDonnell of Shubenacadie, Hants County; (

b) appoint Victor Moses of New Minas, Kings County as member of the Crop and Livestock Insurance Arbitration Board for a term of office commencing March 1, 1998 and ending February 28, 2001; and (

c) designate Joseph MacDonnell as Chair of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Arbitration Board.
