B.C. Reg. 111/2014 , deposited June 12, 2014, under the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated June 12, 2014

I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(

a) Order in Council 708/56 is amended by striking out “An area 400 feet wide, being 200 feet on either side of Pipeline Scheme No. I and Pipeline Scheme No. II, from a point on Heber River to Crest Lake; and between Crest Lake and Upper Drum Lake; and between Upper Drum Lake and Drum Lakes, all as shown on Plan No. 1; and”,

(

b) Order in Council 708/56 is amended by deleting the sketch associated with Plan No. 1,

(

c) any mineral and placer reserve established by the words struck out by paragraph (

a) of this regulation is cancelled, and

(

d) the provisions set out in the notice published under Order in Council 708/56 by W.K. Kiernan, Minister of Mines, on pages 1466 and 1467 of the B.C. Gazette dated April 12, 1956 do not apply to the area described by the words struck out under paragraph (

a) of this regulation.
