Order in Council 534/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Barry Raison of Lyn be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Barry Raison was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of five years, effective October 22, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 942/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 942/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
