Order in Council 1809/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Maureen Morton of Komoka, appointed by O.C. 819/2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario, has resigned from her appointment effective November 15, 2022;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Act, 2006, Order in Council numbered O.C. 819/2022 be revoked.
